I've been coming to Fairfield for nealy 10 years and find the care and compassion of the staff first class. I get seen soon and think everything is brilliant.

The junior staff are great. However senior non medical and the service standards re appointments is very poor.

Poor communication of what was happening regarding my care, all it needs is for someone to come over every now and again and explain the process of my plan of care.
Where I was sat waiting for over 4 hours had an unpleasant smell of urine.
We weren't the only people feeling like this on the day.
